Stanka Pejaković (née Stojić) graduated from the Faculty of Law in Mostar. She passed the bar exam before the body of Bar Examination in the Croatian Ministry of Justice. She finished her postgraduate study on administrative and political direction at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb and defended her scientific thesis entitled "Appeal in Tax Matters". She defended her doctoral thesis entitled "Legal Protection in Public Procurement Procedures" at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, where she obtained her Ph.D. degree. She is employed as an expert in the Department of Legal Affairs at the Directorate of the Financial Agency, and participates in the teaching of subjects in Public Procurement, in the specialist graduate study of public administration in Zagreb. She has participated in scientific and professional conferences as exhibitor and is the author of numerous scientific papers and articles.
