In order for public policies to be successful, it is necessary to allocate resources for their implementation. Adequate budgeting of public policy proposals is not always easy and requires the acquisition of planning skills and knowledge of analytical tools to assess the financial implications of proposed policies. This training aims to introduce civil servants with the necessary concepts and tools for developing financially sustainable public policies.
