Tomislav Vančić is head of Infrastructure Sector at the Ministry of Public Administration of Republic of Croatia. Ivančić has been in public administration since 2004. Most important projects he was in charge of were: e-Građani and Imitative for open data in Croatia. Almost whole career in public administration Ivančić dedicated to development of electronic administration and modernization of public administration. Some of the project Ivančić was/is part of are: HITRNO.HR, HITRORez, HITRONet, Central state portal Mojauprava i gov.hr, e-uprava strategy, strategy of public administration reform, Partnership for open government, etc. As an expert Ivančić participates in committees of European commission: Expert committee e-Uprava and Coordination of the Interoperability Solutions for European Public Administrations Program. He is a member of CARNet board, Secretariat of the Public Administration Institute and he collaborates in teaching at Law faculty, University of Zagreb as well as at Open University Algebra. Ivančić is co-author of few expert and scientific articles in field of electronic administration and open data which were published in Croatian and international publications.
